The Lincoln Distillery

The Lincoln Distillery, established in 2017, is Lincoln's first distillery since Victorian times. Independent and family owned, The Lincoln Distillery is made up of owner and distiller Matt, his wife Jen and her father John. We produce award winning small batch spirits all finished by hand, ensuring each bottle is of the highest quality and taste. Our flagship product, Lincoln Dry Gin, designed to promote Lincoln’s rich heritage and distilled with locally inspired botanicals, is available in London Dry, Cask Aged , Navy Strength and Pink Hibiscus & Elderberry varieties. During the COVID-19 pandemic we switched our gin production to producing hand sanitiser which we donated, free of charge, to the vulnerable and isolating, and to many of our front line services such as Lincolnshire Police Lincs Fire & Rescue Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance Lincolnshire Emergency Medical Response St Barnabas Hospice to name but a few. New and exciting creations, including our range of delicious Liqueurs together with glassware to complement them, are all available on our website.
