RouteStra

RouteStra is a bus and coach management software system founded by an ex-driver and a signaller. We saw the troubles that faced bus and coach operators and decided to put our software skills towards improving them wherever possible. We've grown and built RouteStra around the demands of operators. We built a private hire system that brings jobs directly into the system from a customer enquiry, then sends invoices straight back to the client at the click of a button. We then integrated this with the schedule system, placing private hire, contract, and routine service work in one place. We are very proud to offer auto-scheduling, which builds complete and compliant rotas instantly across thousands of shifts. Even better, you can assign which shifts must follow EU laws, and which follow UK. We don't believe in half a product, that's why we offer our engineering dashboard as part of the complete RouteStra package. Incidents are raised by drivers, actioned by office staff, and then appear in maintenance for engineers. We want operators to be able to run their operations in one tidy place. That's why we offer tachograph integrations for data and tracking, as well for Quickbooks and Xero.
